  1. On your phone dial *224# and then enter your 4- digit PIN.
  2. Select the “Cash send” option to proceed.
  3. Then, enter the recipient’s phone number.
  4. Now you can enter the amount you would like to send up to a maximum of Ksh 40,000.
  5. Select the account number to be deducted from.
  6. Afterward, create a 4-digit PIN for this very transaction.
  7. Lastly, confirm to complete your transaction. that’s all!
